This work contains 45 pages from an Art In America magazine printed May 1997. It was found on a bookshelf of many cut-up art magazines used for collage by art students. Housed within a fine art building of a public university, they are from the 80s, 90s, and 00s. All cutouts were made by those students and preserved by Sidney Mullis with papier-mâché. These works appear through what has disappeared. The artist finds it ironic that art students are provided art magazines to make more art with. Then again, Mullis found these magazines and did it, too.
